Privacy Policy

Satrio Consulting ("we", "us") operates satriocs.com (this website) and KerjaBoard (apply.satriocs.com, our job board). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to job candidates, client contacts, and website visitors.

1. Who is responsible

Satrio Consulting, Jakarta, Indonesia, is the data controller for this website and for the KerjaBoard platform. Reach us at recruitment@satriocs.com for any privacy matter.

2. What we collect

• Job candidates (KerjaBoard): name, contact details, CV/resume, work history, skills, language certifications, salary expectations, and anything you enter when applying to a job. If you upload a CV, we parse it to build your profile.
• Employers (KerjaBoard): company name, contact name, corporate email, phone number, and the job postings you publish.
• Website visitors (satriocs.com): standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance, plus aggregated visit statistics collected by Google Analytics 4 (see section 3) using cookies. We do not run advertising or remarketing trackers.
• Clients (recruitment services): business contact details and role requirements, handled under our service agreements.
• Hiring requests (satriocs.com form): your name, work email, company, phone number if you give one, and the role details and message you send. We store them in our internal client database and use them only to reply to your request and handle it. To limit spam we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and which sections they use. This helps us improve the site. It is the only third-party script on this website.

• Cookies set: _ga and _ga_Q9VJZT9N6G. They distinguish one visitor from another so visits can be counted. Both expire after 2 years.
• What is collected: a randomly generated client identifier, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, and device and browser type. We do not collect names, email addresses or form contents through analytics, and IP addresses are not stored in full.
• Who processes it: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, as our processor. See Google's privacy policy.
• Advertising features are off: Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled, so this data is not used to build advertising profiles of you.
• How to refuse it: block or delete cookies for this site in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not restrict any part of this website.
• EU/EEA visitors: analytics runs on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing the cookies or changing your browser settings.

4. Why we use it

• To operate the job board: showing your applications to employers, matching you to relevant roles, and notifying you of new opportunities you opted into (WhatsApp channel participation is opt-in).
• To deliver recruitment services: assessing fit, presenting candidates to clients, and managing placements.
• To communicate: application updates, recruiter outreach, and responses to your enquiries.
• To keep the platforms secure and prevent abuse.

5. Legal bases (for EU/EEA visitors)

Where the GDPR applies: contract performance (art. 6(1)(b)) for operating your account and applications; legitimate interests (art. 6(1)(f)) for recruitment services, platform security, and service improvement; consent (art. 6(1)(a)) for optional communications and for analytics cookies on this website; EU-resident data is handled under the same safeguards as the rest of the platform, isolated from other regional flows.

6. Who we share it with

• Your applications: when you apply to a job, your profile and application are shared with the employer who posted it. For confidential postings the employer sees your application; their identity is what stays hidden.
• Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, security), Google (Analytics 4, website statistics), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (CV parsing for matching; data is not used to train their models), Google Workspace (business email and intro-call booking through Google Calendar), and Discord (internal alerts to our team when a hiring request arrives). Each processes data only on our instructions.
• We never sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

7. How long we keep it

Candidate profiles and applications: kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last activity, so we can match you to future roles. Employer accounts: kept while active and for 12 months after closure. Server logs: 30 days. You can request deletion at any time (see section 9); some records may be retained where legally required.

8. International transfers

We operate from Indonesia and serve clients across APAC, the UK, and the EU. Data may be processed in Indonesia and by the service providers listed above, which may be located outside your country. Where data from the EU/EEA is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as provider-level Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. On KerjaBoard, candidates can export or delete their data directly from their privacy settings. For anything else, email recruitment@satriocs.com and we will respond within 30 days. EU/EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting registered users will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
