Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of satriocs.com and KerjaBoard (apply.satriocs.com), operated by Satrio Consulting, Jakarta, Indonesia. Recruitment services for clients are additionally governed by the service agreement signed with each client.

1. Using the job board

• Candidates: you may register and apply to jobs. You agree the information you provide is accurate and about yourself. One account per person.
• Employers: you may post job openings for real vacancies at your company. You are responsible for the content of your postings, for complying with employment and anti-discrimination law, and for your own hiring decisions.
• Review: employer-posted jobs are reviewed by our team before going live. We may reject or take down any posting that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or off-topic, at our discretion.

2. Fees

Posting is free for an employer's first job post. Further postings and recruitment services are quoted separately and governed by the applicable agreement. We will always confirm fees with you before they apply.

3. Content and conduct

You may not: post fraudulent jobs, impersonate others, scrape or reuse the database without permission, upload malicious code, or use candidate data for anything other than evaluating and hiring for the specific role. Candidate data belongs to the candidate; employers receive it for hiring purposes only.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its design, and the KerjaBoard software are owned by Satrio Consulting. Job posting content remains the responsibility of, and is provided by, its author. You grant us a licence to host and display the content you submit for the purpose of operating the service.

5. No guarantee

The job board and this website are provided "as is". We do not guarantee any hiring outcome, the accuracy of third-party postings, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the free job board is limited to IDR 1,000,000 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is higher.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with the courts of Jakarta having jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
